For the past three months we have worked diligently with physicians, medical experts, and clinics to shape our free Mammogram Program, in order to best serve women living in Arizona. The program is tailored to help reduce the gap in screenings by providing women with an opportunity to receive their FREE Annual Mammogram and suggested follow-up care. CFAL only provide services up to the point of diagnosis. If a woman’s mammogram results recommend additional testing, CFAL will assist her by paying for the following services:
diagnostic mammogram
ultrasound
biopsy
pathology
We have partnered with Solis Mammography, SimonMed Imaging, Mobile Onsite Mammography (MOM), and Pinnacle Pathology to help provide these invaluable life-saving services.
