Join the Army of Love

Launched in 2008, Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research’s Army of Love® is a revolutionary initiative changing the face of breast cancer research. Their goals are:

  • Recruit women and men of every ethnicity with and without a breast cancer diagnosis and those of high risk.

  • Connect researchers with women and men who are willing to participate in breast cancer research studies.

  • Challenge the scientific community to expand its current focus to include breast cancer prevention research conducted on people.

  • $150 Million raised for the Department of Defense (DOD) Breast Cancer Research Program (BCRP) for fiscal year 2020
  • Metastatic Breast Cancer Access to Care Act: A bill to waive the 24 month waiting period for Medicare eligibility and the 5 month waiting period for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits for individuals with Metastatic Breast Cancer
  • Preservation of the Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program
