Valleywise is excellent for providing care at a affordable rate. They can help her enroll for AHCCCS or they can set up a sliding scale rate based on her income.
Dignity Hospital may also have financial aid. You could call and see if she qualifies. (She may have needed her initial mammogram done at their partnering locations, but I'm not totally sure)
