Arizona breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy may apply to receive a free wig. As of December 31st 2023, we have provided over 2,326 wigs.

Thank you for your interest in our program. We are committed to approving as many applicants as possible within the constraints of our current funding. Upon submission of your application, we will notify you once funding becomes available and your approval status is confirmed. We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you with our program.

How it works:
1. Clients apply online
2. Get approval via call or email
3. Book wig fitting appointment at one of our approved wig shops
4. Select a wig of choice up to $300 and Check for a Lump pays the bill
