Offers total care for body and mind, including Adult and Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Dental, and Behavorial Health.

Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCS): www.azahcccs.gov

Arizona's Medicaid agency provides a medical insurance program for low-income Arizona residents.

Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP): www.azhealth.gov/bcctp

Assists individuals that would qualify for WWHC, but were not diagnosed through it. Helps obtain AHCCCS coverage for people with breast or cervical cancer, regardless of where they were screened.

Comprehensive Breast Center of Arizona: www.azbreastcenter.com

The Comprehensive Breast Center of Arizona is home to a collaborative network of caring, supportive, breast surgeons in Phoenix who are uniquely positioned to provide the specialized care you need for your breast health and breast cancer care.

Our providers include fellowship-trained breast surgeons who enjoy local and national prominence for their cutting-edge surgical skills. St. Vincent De Paul provides a free Virginia G. Piper Medical Clinic to provide health services to uninsured and underserved patients at no cost.

Sonora Quest Laboratories, a subsidiary of Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, is an Arizona-based joint venture between Banner Health and Quest Diagnostics, making up one of the nation’s largest integrated laboratory systems with approximately 3,800 employees.

Our double-board-certified plastic surgeons perform the highest volume of microsurgical breast reconstruction in Arizona. We specialize in autologous reconstruction, including DIEP Flap, PAP Flap, SGAP Flap, Composite Stacked Flaps, as well as fat transfer to the breast.

If you are not approved for AHCCCS coverage, the Financial Assistance Program at Valleywise uses a scale to determine what you pay based on your income level. MIHS can help both the uninsured and underinsured.
