PINK OUT 5k Booth Application
We love bringing our community together. All booths are free, however, donations are appreciated. We welcome other cancer related nonprofits to attend our Pink Out 5K and host a booth. Vendors are also encouraged to apply to host a booth.

Check for a Lump is hosting our 5th Annual PINK OUT 5K! ALL FUNDS will stay LOCAL!
100% of profits will help us sustain our vital breast cancer programs that provide free education, mammograms, testing, wigs, and support.
